Powdered Sugar 1 Cup (Additional 1 tbsp if required)
Egg White 1 egg
Water 1 Tbsp
Butter paper/ wax paper sheet
Food color red, yellow, blue, green etc
Take a stand mixer or hand blender. Add sugar, egg white and room temperature water in a bowl and give it a mix. You need to adjust the consistency of mixture so you can add more sugar into it. Remember the consistency of mixture should be thick as well as dripping.
Divide the batter in 2-3 bowls and add the food color of your choice in the mixture.
Put the mixture in separate piping bags as per color of batter, make a tiny cut on the tip of piping bag.
Draw lines of the mixture on baking paper. you can also put the mixture in small dots shape.
When the mixture dries up roll the baking paper slightly and you will get small size sprinkles. You can also cut into tiny pieces.
Store in an airtight glass jar.
