  1. In a chopper add chicken and chop well to make mince.

  2. Take the mince out in a bowl, add in it paprika powder, oregano, black pepper powder, garlic powder, salt, grated cheddar cheese in it. Combine everything well.

  3. Grease your hands with oil, take a small portion of mince mixture and make a ball of it. Roll the mince into finger shape.

  4. Coat the chicken finger in a first in all purpose flour, then dip in beaten egg and lastly coat with bread crumbs.

  5. Keep the fingers in the freezer for 2 hours at least, then store in any air tight bag or container for up to 1 month.

  6. Take out the fingers before frying, no need to defrost these before frying.

  7. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan on medium flame. Fry till the chicken cheese fingers turn golden brown.
