Pour milk to your ice tray and set it.
In a blender jug add sugar, cocoa powder or chocolate syrup along with milk until well blind.
Add milk ice cubes and blend again till it become frothy.
Pour to serving glass and garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings or chocolate syrup.

__________ Tips: For a rich flavor avoid using cocoa directly in your shake. If you don't have chocolate syrup make it in the way I am mentioning here.
For Chocolate Syrup/sauce: Stir in 4 tablespoon of cocoa, 1/2 cup sugar with 4 tablespoon of water and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla in a small sauce pot. Whisk it well till there are no lumps and sugar is completely dissolved.
Bring this to a boil on medium flame and cook for few minutes until you smell the sauce is cooked. Cool completely and use it.
