In a bowl add chicken along with paprika powder, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chili flakes, mix herbs, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soy sauce and give a good mix to everything.
Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
Boil enough water with some salt in it, then add the soaked rice and boil till they are completely boiled.
Drain excess water and keep aside.
In a pot add cooking oil and heat it on medium flame.
Add sliced onion in this oil and and cook till the onions are translucent.
Add the marinated chicken in it and fry on medium high flame for 3-4 minutes.
Then add yogurt and chili garlic sauce in it, mix well.
Cover the pot and cook the chicken on low flame for 5 minutes.
After the time uncover the pot and add capsicum in the pot, give a mix.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and chili garlic sauce in the chicken, mix well.
Separate the layers of cube cut onion in the chicken, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
Now add the boiled rice in the chicken, gently mix everything and turn off the flame.
Pour the lemon juice over the top.
