3 Ingredient Cookies

Ingredients

• Butter 100 grams ( room temperature and soft)
• Condensed Milk 120 grams
• All purpose flour (Maida) 170 grams
• Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon (optional)
• sprinkles (optional) 1.5 tablespoon
• Piping bag for making cookies

   Pre heat the oven at 180 °C (350 F) for 10 minutes.

   This recipe required soft butter do not use the melted butter. Also the condense milk should be on room temperature.

   Add the butter and condense milk along with vanilla essence in a bowl and give it a good whisk with the help of hand whisk.

   Now add flour and mix the batter.

   The dough should be soft so do not add any more flour in it.

   You can add your sprinkles into the mixture at this stage or use them on the top of the cookies for decoration before baking.

   Line the baking sheet with a butter paper.

   Put the mixture in the piping bag and cut a cookie size hole. You can also make cookies with your hands. Make small size cookies by piping the material on butter paper. You can make any kind of design with this dough that you want.

   Now bake the cookies for 5-8 minutes in the oven. The timing will vary according to the oven and size of cookies but a maximum of 8 minutes will be enough for these. easy 3 ingredient cookies are ready to be served.
