Cappuccino creamy coffee is a simple and frothy coffee that tastes like restaurant or commercial coffee and can easily be prepared at home.

Cappuccino or creamy coffee is the perfect balance of espresso, steamed milk and foam. Commercial-style cappuccino is all about texture and dividing all the ingredients into equal thirds. For coffee lovers, a great cappuccino right in their own kitchen is a delight. People assume that the steps to make cappuccino at home are complicated but this recipe is easy to make and tastes amazing. This is the method of making homemade creamy coffee that we have been using in Pakistan for a long time even when it was not common to have a coffee machine at home.

  1. In a bowl add coffee sugar and luke warm water and with electric beater beat the mixture.
  2. On low speed beat the coffee for 30 seconds.
  3. When the mixture starts to change color turn the speed to high and beat for 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks form. The color of coffee will be lighter and creamy.
  4. Boil the milk and whisk it during the boiling so that milk should become frothy.
  5. Add 3 teaspoon of coffee mixture into a cup and then pour the hot milk in the cup.
  6. Gently mix the coffee with a spoon.
  7. Pour in 1 teaspoon of coffee mixture on top for a creamy texture.
  8. ____________________Note: If you are using hand whisk or spoon for beating the coffee then use hot water so that sugar could dissolve easily.
  9. Hand whisk or fork may take about 10-15 minutes for beating the coffee.
  10. You may store the beaten coffee for 1 weak in any airtight box in the fridge.
  11. This mixture will yield 6-7 cups of coffee
