with simple ingredients available in your kitchen. These Ramazan special
chicken potato rings are light and flavor full, best served fresh and

  1. In a bowl add grated potatoes, shredded chicken, chopped onion, green onion, green chilies, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili flakes, all purpose flour, bread crumbs, chopped fresh coriander and combine everything well.

  2. Take some portion of this mixture in your hand and give it a ring shape.

  3. Prepare batter for coating. In a mixing bowl add flour, corn flour, egg and salt.

  4. Gradually add water and make a thin batter, make sue the batter should not be thick.

  5. Heat cooking oil on medium flame for deep frying the chicken potato rings.

  6. Coat the rings with prepared batter and deep fry in the heated oil for 3-4 minutes. Flame should be medium.

  7. Fry the rings till they turn golden brown.

  8. Serve these with ketchup or chili sauce as per your choice.
