In a large mixing bowl add red chili flakes, salt, lemon juice, vinegar, cooking oil and mix everything well.
Now add remaining ingredients (chickpeas, carrots, cucumber, onion, tomato and mix all these ingredients with already prepared salad dressing.
Combine everything well.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and mint leaves on the salad and serve.
