Remove the seeds from dates and place in a bowl along with cashew and almonds.
Add hot milk in it, give a stir, soak for at least 15 minutes. (For quick soaking I used hot milk here, you may use cold milk also and soak the dates for long time).
After soaking transfer the dates and nut mixture to a blender.
Add cold milk in it along with cardamom powder, blend until smooth.
