College recipes can be difficult especially when you are in a dorm room with limited equipment to cook. I am sharing here easy dorm room no bake energy balls recipe that are easy to make and irresistibly delicious. These dorm friendly no bake energy bites are super easy to mix up and they require no cooking or baking of course. These no bake energy balls required old fashioned or rolled oats and these will serve as the base ingredient for our energy bites. To add some extra protein, fiber and omega3 to our energy bites we have added flex seeds. They make a filling snack and great for on the go breakfast for those rushed mornings in college. For making these no bake protein balls Instant or steel cut oats will change the texture of these no bake energy bites, so stick with old fashioned rolled oats for the best texture.

  1. In a mixing bowl add peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence. mix well.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir together until everything is evenly coated and well combined.

  3. Transfer mixture to a refrigerator or freezer till chilled and firmed up a bit. This will take about 30 minutes.

  4. Remove from the refrigerator and shape into 1 inch ball.

  5. Store in any airtight container in the refrigerator. If you left these on counter they will lose their shape.

  6. _________ Notes: Do not replace honey with maple syrup as it will make the energy balls mixture a little looser. If still you want to use maple syrup then you need to add additional flex seeds meals to make the mixture thicken enough for rolling.
