Add the smooth peanut butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, maple syrup, lime juice, sesame oil and salt in a jar.

Whisk together until everything is well combined. Add some water 1/2 teaspoon at a time to thin out the dressing until you get the desired consistency. (You may add all the ingredients in blender jug as well and blend until dressing is smooth and creamy).
