Break Marie biscuits into chunks (no need to grind or break into fine pieces) and in a bowl.
Pour some chocolate syrup over the biscuit chunks and coat the biscuits well with it.
In a serving dish add half of this chocolate coated biscuit mixture in the base and spread evenly.
In a chilled bowl add chilled whipping cream and beat it for 1-2 minutes. Do not over beat as we don't need any peaks in the cream.
Add instant jelly powder in the whipping cream and beat again for 1-2 minutes.
