cold cake or no bake biscuit cake is one of those recipe which is not only easy to make but also incredibly delicious. One may also call no bake cold cake as lazy cake because for this cake you may ditch the baking and just chill it in the fridge. This easy biscuit cake recipe is fool-proof and will never disappoint you. During hot summers this is a must try recipe. Marie Biscuit Cold Cake Recipe is amazing and foolproof. I call it strawberry cold cake as I added strawberry flavor jelly in it but you may change the flavor as per your taste.   1. Break Marie biscuits into chunks (no need to grind or break into fine pieces) and in a bowl.

  2. Pour some chocolate syrup over the biscuit chunks and coat the biscuits well with it.

  3. In a serving dish add half of this chocolate coated biscuit mixture in the base and spread evenly.

  4. In a chilled bowl add chilled whipping cream and beat it for 1-2 minutes. Do not over beat as we don't need any peaks in the cream.

  5. Add instant jelly powder in the whipping cream and beat again for 1-2 minutes. 

  6. Add condensed milk and beat the cream for few seconds so that condensed milk became well combined with cream mixture. Our jelly cream mixture is ready.

  7. Pour half of this jelly cream mixture over the biscuit layer and spread evenly.

  8. Add the remaining half quantity of chocolate coated biscuits over cream layer and then pour the remaining quantity of cream over this layer. 

  9. Finely garnish with some chocolate chips and chocolate sauce or with any other garnishing of your choice. 


  10. Put the dish in the fridge for about 6-7 hours or freeze it for about 60 minutes before serving.

  11. Tasty no bake cold cake is ready to enjoy.
