This is and easy to make no bake dessert with biscuits and orange custard. The caramel sauce added a nice beautiful flavor to it.

  1. ________For Caramel Sauce__________
  2. Take sugar in a pot and let it melt on low flame.
  3. Stir in between so that sugar could not burn.
  4. When the sugar is completely dissolved and change its color to brown add ghee or butter in it and mix well.
  5. When the ghee melts add cream, salt and mix continuously.
  6. Keep a safe distance from pan as the caramel sauce will splatter.
  7. Let it boil for 1/2 minute and remove from the stove.
  8. Take it out of the pan in a bowl and let it cool.
  9. _________________For Custard____________________
  10. Take orange juice in a pot and add sugar and vanilla custard in it.
  11. Mix well and put it on stove.
  12. Cook it on medium low flame until thickens. Stir it continuously so that lumps should not formed.
  13. When thickens take it off the stove and let it slightly cool.
  14. Take a serving dish, one by one dip the biscuits in milk and place in the bottom of dish as a layer.
  15. Then add a layer of prepared orange custard on it.
  16. Again add biscuit layer and the custard layer. Repeat the same process until the custard is completely finished.
  17. On the upper layer put some biscuits only.
  18. Now take the whipping cream and beat it until a stiff peaks form.
  19. Put a layer of whipping cream on top of biscuit layer. You can add the cream layer easily if you put the cream in a piping bag and put it in lines on the biscuits layer. Then spread it with a spatula.
  20. Add some caramel sauce on the top and let it cool in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
  21. Garnish with crushed pistachios and cherries before serving.
