In a bowl add vinegar and combine it, let the milk sit till it curdles.
Put a wok or pot over medium low flame with a wire stand in it, let it pre heat for 10 minutes while preparing cake batter.
When the milk is lightly curdled add powdered sugar in it, beat well.
Add dry milk or dairy whitener now along with few drops of vanilla or mix fruit essence, cooking oil and mix well.
In another bowl take dry ingredients like all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
Strain all these ingredients and add in the prepared mixture, mix gently now. Do not over mix the batter just mix till it gets lumps free and smooth.
Fold the batter with a spatula to make sure dry ingredients are completely incorporated with wet mixture.
Grease a 6 inch baking tin and layer with a baking paper in the base.
Transfer the prepared batter in this mold, put the mold in pre heated pot, cover it and let the cake bake for 30-35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once baked take out, cover with a kitchen towel till its completely cool down.
Now prepare cherry compote. Chop the cherries and add in a pan along with sugar.
Cook it over medium heat till the sugar melts stirring often until the cherries breakdown.
After 6-7 minutes remove the mixture from heat, let it cool down and it will get thickened after its completely cool down.
In a bowl add chilled whipping cream and beat it till stiff peaks forms.
Using a sharp knife scrap the white chocolate and make some chocolate shavings. Keep these in the refrigerator till use so the chocolate may not melt.
Once the cake is completely cool down take out from the mold, remove the baking paper and divide it in 3 layers.
Place a layer of cake over turntable and soak it with sugar syrup. I used liquid from canned cherries.
Add a layer of whipping cream over the cake and then add cherry compote, smooth it as much as you can.
Place the second layer and repeat the same with this layer.
Add the third and final layer, soak it with sugar syrup. Cover the top and entire cake with whipped cream. Smooth the cream as much as you can with an off side spatula.
Cover the entire cake with white chocolate shavings that we already prepared.
Garnish with whipping cream and some canned cherries.
Set the cake in the refrigerator before serving for 1-2 hours.
