The recipe of this no yeast no oven pizza dough is simple as it requires flour and some baking ingredients. This no yeast pizza recipe is quick and easy to make and is perfect for weeknight meal. Also if you do not have the oven or grill at home for baking the pizza, this recipe is a go for you with no yeast pizza base. Make this easy Pizza without yeast and without oven for your next lunch or dinner. This recipe is so simple and good that once you do it, you will probably keep doing it this way. I also call it lock down pizza recipe as i made it too many times during lock down.

  1. In a bowl mix all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and yogurt and knead a dough.

  2. Take the dough out of bowl and knead it again on a smooth surface dusted with some flour.

  3. If you feel that the dough is sticky flour your hands and surface both.
  4. Roll the dough on a well floured surface.

    The thickness of rolled base of pizza should be about 1/2 inch.

  5. Roll the pizza as per the length of your pan.

  6. Put the frying pan on medium flame and brush oil in it. Let the pan be really hot for about 2 minutes.

  7. Add the rolled pizza dough in the pan.

  8. Let it cook for 2 minutes or until the bottom turns to golden and then flip.

    Put your flame on low and add the pizza sauce on the cooked side along with toppings of your choice.

  9. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for another 2-3 minutes.

  10. Take pizza out of the pan, cut and serve hot.

  11. ________________Note: this pizza can also be made in oven. just pre heat your oven at 250 °C with your pizza pan inside. Roll out the dough and transfer it into the hot pan. Put the pan on medium heat of your stove until you place the dough in it. Brush the dough with some oil. This will take few minutes. Flip a corner of the dough and if it is golden brown you can add the toppings at this point. Put the pan back in the oven until cheese melts.
