  1. In a frying pan add chopped strawberries along with sugar, give a mix and let the strawberries cook on low flame.

  2. The strawberries will get soft and release their juices while the sugar will also melt.

  3. After a while the mixture will get thick, turn off the flame and let this strawberry mixture cool down completely.

  4. In a mixing bowl add strawberry jelly, hot water and quickly mix till the jelly becomes thick.

  5. Let it cool down completely at room temperature.

  6. In another mixing bowl add whipping cream and beat it till stiff peaks form.

  7. Take out almost 1/3 cup of whipping cream and reserve it for later use.

  8. In remaining whipped cream add prepared jelly and beat it until it is well combined. Transfer this jelly and cream mixture to a piping bag.

  9. In the serving dish first spread a base layer of this strawberry cream.

  10. Then soak the biscuits in sugar syrup and add a layer of these biscuits over strawberry cream layer.

  11. Cover the biscuits again with strawberry cream layer and spread it evenly.

  12. Then add a layer of reserved whipped cream on it and spread it also evenly.

  13. Add prepared strawberry mixture on it and again add a layer of biscuits soaked with sugar syrup.

  14. Add layer of strawberry cream, then reserved whipped cream and smooth this top layer as evenly as possible.

  15. Take strawberry jam in a mixing bowl and beat it to make it smooth.

  16. Add it into a piping bag and drizzle it on dessert, make swirls with the help of a skewer or toothpick.

  17. Garnish with strawberry slices.

  18. Once everything is assembled the dessert goes in the refrigerator for few hours.
