It provides help in reducing the risk of heart disease and moreover enriched almond milk is high in vitamin D. It depends on you when you like to have your almond milk either in morning or at night. But it is best to consume it in the morning to take its health benefits.



  1. Take a pan and dry roast almonds on low flame until golden and crisp.
  2. Let the almonds cool completely.
  3. Then put these in a mixi jar with cardamom, and grind to a fine powder.
  4. Take almond powder in a bowl and add milk powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  5. This mix contains no sugar.
  6. Badam milk powder mix is ready, store it in a glass jar.

  8. Take milk in a pot and add badam milk instant mix powder in it.
  9. Add sugar only if you require.
  10. Let the milk boil and stir. Keep it on boiling for 1 minute till the milk thickens a little bit.
