Pancakes are a great breakfast option. Be it any time or day of the year, pancakes will make your day. A favorite of kids and adults both, pancakes will save the day if you are in a rush, or just craving something filling and delicious or planning a romantic breakfast in bed. All you need is this simple pancake recipe, and with just a little effort, you can whip up a batch of super airy and fluffy pancakes that everyone will love. Everyone will be wondering how to make pancakes after a delicious bite of this fluffy treat. Everything you need to make delicious pancakes is probably already in your kitchen. This recipe is super easy, the pancakes are not too sweet and can be lightly flavored with vanilla if you like. I am sharing here recipe of basic pancakes and chocolate pancakes both. You can also add some chocolate chips or a drizzle some maple syrup to make these pancakes even fancier. These are kids friendly pancakes but surely the adults can enjoy too.

  1. ____________ For Basic Pancakes ______________

  2. In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, caster sugar and mix well.

  3. Now add egg, melted butter, milk in these dry ingredients, mix until mixture is well combined.

  4. Heat a frying pan over ow flame and grease it with some butter/cooking oil. 

  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of of prepared pancakes batter in the frying pan, let it cook till the bubbles rise upon the surface. This will take about 1 minute. 

  6. Flip the side and cook for another minute as well. 

  7. Basic pancakes are ready, drizzle some maple syrup, honey or chocolate syrup and enjoy.

  9. In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sifted coco powder, baking powder and caster sugar, mix everything well.

  10. Add egg, melted butter, milk and mix till everything is well combined and lumps free.

  11. Heat a frying pan over ow flame and grease it with some butter/cooking oil. 

  12. Pour about 1/4 cup of of prepared pancakes batter in the frying pan, let it cook till the bubbles rise upon the surface. This will take about 1 minute. 

  13. Flip the side and cook for another minute as well. 

  14. Chocolate pancakes are ready, drizzle some maple syrup, honey or chocolate syrup and enjoy.
