Creamy and sweet caramel makes everything tastes better. Their are so many cream caramel dessert recipes on internet but literally the one that I am going to share today is very easy to prepare and the resulted dessert is amazing. This cream caramel delight can b prepared a head of time as well and its a party pleasing dessert. I am a big fan of caramel and this caramel delight take it to another level. I would highly suggest this caramel dessert to every caramel fan. Do try it and share your feedback with me.

  1. In a pan add sugar and let it melt on very low flame till it start to caramelize. Do not mix until the sugar start to caramelize.

  2. Then gently stir the sugar for 2-3 times until the sugar caramelize completely.

  3. On a silicon mat or clean greased work surface spread chopped almonds, pour half of the caramel over the almonds and reserve half for later use.

  4. Let the caramel on almonds cool completely, then break it. Crush coarsely with kitchen pounder or anything else easily available at you.

  5. Caramel crunch is ready.

  6. Put the remaining half of caramel on stove again and add butter in it. Whisk well.

  7. Turn off the flame and add fresh cream in this caramel. Whisk well.

  8. Caramel sauce is ready let it cool down completely.

  9. Beat the chill whipping cream till stiff peaks form.

  10. Add half of caramel sauce in this whipping cream and pour the remaining caramel sauce in the piping bag for layering.

  11. Add half of caramel crunch and reserve the other for garnishing.

  12. Beat the cream again till everything is well combined. Transfer this caramel cream in the piping bag as well.

  13. For layering, in a serving dish add a layer of sponge cake in the base.

  14. Drizzle caramel sauce over it and then caramel cream.

  15. Repeat the same process with another layer of cake, caramel sauce and cream.

  16. Smooth the top layer of caramel cream and garnish with caramel sauce and caramel crunch.

  17. Easy, rich in taste and delicious caramel cream dessert is ready to enjoy.
