This braided creamy chicken bread is one of the most delicious bread recipes. A bread can't get better than a heavenly bread package that carries inside itself a creamy chicken filling. The bread is goldeny-crusty on the top, fluffy on the inside, and the chicken filling is creamy and spicy. The recipe involves yeast in it but don't be scared as it will be handled easily. Just take cae of the water, it should be luke warm mean if you dip your finger in it, it should easily bear the hotness. I am sharing here a step by step recipe of how to make this bakery style creamy chicken bread along with pictures for your ease. Enjoy!
- Place some cuts on the chicken. Take enough water in a pan, add chicken, vinegar and salt in it and let it boil until fully tender.
- Mean while prepare the dough for bread and for this in a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, yeast, egg, milk, cooking oil and combine everything well.
- Gradually add water till it comes to a soft dough consistency. Do not add too much water. Take the dough out of bowl and knead it on work surface for 10 minutes.
- Put the dough in the bowl, grease it with some oil and cover the bowl. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- When the chicken boiled completely take it out of water and shred it.
- In a frying pan add cooking oil and garlic and fry it on medium flame till it changes its color.
- Turn the flame to low and add fresh cream in it and cook for 30 seconds.
- Now add spices (salt, black pepper powder) and mix well and add boiled and shredded chicken in it.
- At the end add finely chopped green chilies in it, combine it and turn off the flame. Your cream chicken filling is ready.
- Now take the dough out, it will be proofed now, knead it again to remove air bubbles.
- Divide the dough in two equal parts and make ball of it. Roll the dough into a long shape.
- Put the rolled dough into the baking pan and put cream chicken filling in the center of rolled dough, put cuts on sides of the rolled dough and fold these cuts over the chicken filling like a braid.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the bread and then sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
- Pre heat the oven at 180 °C and bake the bread for 15-20 minutes in it. After baking take it out and brush some oil on top.

- Ab aanch halki karain aur is mein cream shamil karain, 30 seconds tak pakain.
- Abis mein namak, pisi kali mirch dalain aur mix kar lin aur phir ubli hoi chicken dal din, achi tarah mila lin. Akhir mein bareek kati hari mirchain dalain aur mila kar cholha band kr din. Creamy chicken tayar hay.

- Oven ko pahlay say 180 °C par garam krn aur 15-20 minute k lye bread ko is mein dal kar bake kar lin. Niaklany k bad is par thora sa oil brush kar lin.
