Creamy white sauce pasta is one of extremely popular food of Indo Pakistan sub-continent. The white sauce in the recipe is a basic bechamel sauce, the classic french sauce which is added in the sauteed veggies. There are so many recipes of creamy and cheesy white sauce pasta on internet and most of them involves using flour, butter and milk to make the white sauce for pasta. But the recipe of pasta that I am sharing today is no flour no milk creamy white sauce pasta recipe and it can be prepared easily in 20 minutes. Most of the people get confused as how to make restaurant style pasta in white sauce and this easy recipe is the answer to all these problems. Hope you will try and enjoy this recipe.

  1. In a pan add enough water to boil pasta in it. Let the water come to boil.

  2. Now add salt and pasta in it. Let it boil till it becomes al dente (pasta cooked to be firm to the bite).

  3. Strain the pasta, rinse it with cold water to stop cooking from it.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in pasta so it may not stick.

  5. In the pot add cooking oil and add finely chopped onion in it. saute the onion on medium flame.

  6. Add garlic and saute it as well.

  7. Now add veggies in it and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  8. Add red chili flakes and give a mix.

  9. Add fresh cream along with 1/2 cup of water and mix well.

  10. Now add spices in the sauce. Add black pepper powder, salt, chicken powder, white pepper powder and chili sauce.

  11. Give a ix to everything and cheese slice. The cheese will give extra flavor to the sauce. Mix it as well.

  12. Now add boiled pasta in the sauce and mix it with sauce.

  13. Cook for 1-2 minutes so that flavors of sauce could easily infused in pasta.

  14. Creamy white sauce pasta without milk flour is ready. Serve it with toasted bread if you like.
