Pasta is now a days very common food but it involves a bit of technicality. It is cooked in different variations in Pakistan like baked macaroni or cheese macaroni or with a spicy touch in it. It is a very simple and easy snack to be cooked in minutes by any home cook. Below is the step by step recipe of chicken macaroni along with its both English and Urdu version for easy understanding of everyone. As always i tried to give a basic and step by step recipe with the easily available ingredients but you can add variety of vegetables or spices as per your choice. Even if you want to skip the chicken from this recipe or add minced meat in it, its up to you.

  1. In a wide pot at water and let it boil on high flame.
  2. When the water starts to boil add salt and 1 tablespoon of oil in it and give a stir.
  3. Then add macaroni in it and let it boil for 6-7 minutes or until it gets tender. Flame should be high at this level as well.
  4. After macaroni is boiled strain it and put 1 tablespoon oil on it, give a stir so that it should not stick.
  5. Now in a other wide pan add cooking oil and put it on medium flame.
  6. When the oil heats up add ginger garlic paste in it and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Now put chopped onion in it and saute it for 1 minute but do not change the color of onion.
  8. Then add chicken in it and cook it ill the chicken changes its color to white, this will take about 2-3 minutes.
  9. Then add chopped tomatoes , give a good stir, cover the pan and let everything cook for 3-4 minutes.
  10. After the time uncover the pan, give astir again and add the chopped carrots in it. Let the carrot cook for minute as it takes some time to get tender.
  11. Then add capsicum and cabbage in this masala and cook everything for 1 minute more.
  12. Now add chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, red chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, chili flakes, tomato ketchup in it, give a mix and let everything cook for 1 more minute.
  13. Then lower the flame and add mayonnaise in it, cook for 1 minute and then add lemon juice in it.
  14. Now add boiled macaroni in the gravy, mix it well and cover the pan. Let the chicken macaroni steam cook for 1minute on low flame.
  15. After the time chicken macaroni is ready to serve.

  21. Phr is mn kata hoa piyaz shamil krn aur mazid 1 minute k lye pakain mgr piyaz ka rang na badaly.
  22. Phir is mn chicken shamil krn aur 2-3 minute ya phir itna pakain k murghi ka rang safaid ho jaye.
  23. Ab is mn katay hoye tamatar dal kr hilain aur dhak kr 3-4 mint tak pakain.
  24. Us k bad is mn gajarain milain aur aik mint tak inhn pakain takh gajar thori si gal jaye.
  25. Ab shimla mirch aur kati hoi band gobhi dalain aur mazid aik mint tak pakain.
  26. Ab is masalay mn chili sauce, sirka, soy sauce, pisi lal mirch, namak, pisi kali mirch, kuti hoi lal mirch aur ketchup dal kr hilain aur mazid 1 minute tak paka ln.
  27. Ab aanch halki kr dn aur is mn mayonnnise mila dn mix krn, aik minute taka pakain aur phr lemon ka juice shamil kr dn. Sb kch aik bar phir mix kr dn.
  28. Ubli hoi macaroni dalain aur isy masalay ka sath mix krn, pan ko dhak dn aur 1 minute tak dam dy dn.
  29. CHicken macaroni tayar hay.
