A no cooking no baking easy and dorm friendly 10 minutes dessert recipe is like a dream came true. I remember my college days where most of the time I crave a lot of sweet, salty, chocolate-y, creamy, desserts. It is hard to make these sweet-tooth desserts because you most likely live in the regular dorm buildings on campus and where you don’t always have access to an oven or stove tops. Although there are so many recipes on internet where you can do the baking in microwave but why only baking desserts? Here I am sharing with you a no bake 10 minutes dessert that is low cost and did not requires too much efforts. You may also call it dorm friendly cookie delight. and this is 3 ingredients cream dessert that tastes really delicious. Make it ahead of time and refrigerate it for later use as well.
Put the cookies in a zip lock bag and crush these well. Do not make a fine powder, cookie chunks will add a crunchy texture to the dessert.
In a serving dish add a base layer of these crushed cookies/biscuits.
Put a layer of pineapple chunks over this crushed biscuits layer and keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl add whipping cream and beat it till soft peaks forms. We do not stiff peaks in cream for this dessert. (If your cream is not sweet add powdered sugar or condensed milk or skip these if cream is already sweet).
Pour this cream over the layers of biscuits and pineapple and spread evenly.
Garnish with finely crushed biscuits.
Cover the serving dish, put it in the fridge for 4-5 hours so that it get completely chill.
Easy and delicious dorm friendly cookie delight is ready to enjoy.
________Note: If you are using fresh/tetra pack cream that will not be thick so do not get confused with its consistency. You may add chopped nuts, tutti fruitti, raisins or even chunks of cookies for extra flavor.
This a basic recipe of this cookie delight, you may give twists to it as per your taste like you may add cream cheese while beating the cream or add a layer of melted lotus biscoff spread etc.
