Chicken is a popular protein in our kitchen and These chicken egg cutlets are an instant hit recipe among adult and kids both. This easy chicken and cutlets is simple and fairly quick to make, with the great option of working ahead and making these cutlet/patties in advance. These chicken potato egg cutlets are a quick fix kind of kababs that taste amazing on its own. Whenever a hungry child wants some juicy and delicious chicken make this will be the best snack to give them. This is a great appetizer or evening snack or kids tiffin box recipe.



  1. Take the chicken in a mixing bowl and shred it.

  2. Grate the boiled eggs and add in the chicken mixture.

  3. Mash the boiled potato and it in the chicken as well.

  4. Add chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies, salt, black pepper powder and soy sauce. Combine the mixturw well using your hand.

  5. Now grease our hands with oil, take a portion of chicken egg mixture on your palm and make a Pattie from it. You can make the chicken egg cutlets as per size of your choice. I made medium size cutlets.

  6. Dip the cutlets first in beaten egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Repeat the same process with all cutlets and keep aside.

  7. Heat some cooking oil the pan, add chicken egg cutlets in this oil and fry on medium flame till they turn golden brown and crispy form both sides.

  8. Take out on any paper towel.

  9. Kids special chicken egg cutlets are ready, serve with ketchup or chutney.
