It's true that you can make pizza with canned biscuits, canned pizza dough, or even flour tortillas. But nothing beats the fresh taste of a chewy, made-from-scratch pizza crust. With this much amount you can easily make 6-7 mini pizza and freeze them for later use. Mini pizzas are the perfect size for kids as well as a practical size for homemade frozen pizzas. This recipe of mini pizza without oven for kids is easily customizable. This is a recipe of mini chicken tikka pizza and you may replace the chicken with vegetables or whatever topping you may like.   1. ______________ For Pizza Dough _______________

  2. In a small bowl add instant yeast, sugar, warm water and mix well.

  3. Cover the bowl and let the yeast rest and rise for 15 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile in another bowl add all purpose flour, salt, cooking oil and mix well.

  5. Add the yeast mixture and mix well.

  6. Gradually add warm water and knead a soft dough, cover the bowl and let the dough rest in a warm place for 2-3 hours.

  7. After the time grease your hands with oil and knead the dough again until its smooth. Pizza dough is ready.

  8. _________________ For Chicken Preparation _______________

  9. In boneless chicken add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix everything well.

  10. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  11. In frying pan heat some cooking oil over medium high flame, add the marinated chicken in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  12. Cover the pan, turn the heat to low and cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes.

  13. Uncover the pan and dry the excess water from chicken over high flame. Chicken for pizza is ready and keep it aside. (you may use leftover chicken or chicken chunks as well).

  14. _________________ For Assembling Mini Pizza __________________

  15. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball with it, flat it with rolling pin or hands into a mini pizza. 

  16. Put the rolled pizza base over a tray, prick some holes in it with a fork.

  17. Spread pizza sauce, then add cooked chicken piece, sliced onion, capsicum, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives.

  18. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some dried oregano on it.

  19. In a pot add some salt, cover it and let it heat on medium flame for 10 minutes.

  20. Place pizza tray in this pre heated pot, cover it, cook the pizza on medium low flame for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts completely.

  21. Easy and delicious mini pizza for kids is ready to enjoy. 

  22. ______________ Note: You may freeze the pizza after assembling for 8-10 days easily. Whenever required take out of freezer, thaw it before baking.

  23. For baking in oven pre heat it at 180 ℃ and bake the pizza in it for 20-25 minutes.
