Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Pizza sauce 1-2 tablespoon or as required
- Onion 2 tablespoon or as required
- Capsicum sliced 1 tablespoon
- All purpose flour 1 tablespoon (for rolling pizza dough)
- Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
- Cooked chicken mince or chicken chunks as required (optional)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese as required
- Oregano a pinch
- Chili flakes 1 pinch
Directions
Take pizza dough and roll thinly in rectangle shape. Roll 2 pizza sheets in the same way.
Place one rolled pizza sheet over the other making a plus sign.
Spread the pizza sauce over it and then spread cooked chicken pieces or mince over it.
Place onions, sliced capsicum over the chicken filling.
Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes
Fold the pizza pockets each edge one over another creating pocket. Make sure the parcel/pocket is completely sealed.
Grease the sandwich maker with oil, place this pizza pocket in the sandwich maker. Cover the lid of sandwich maker, let pizza cook for 4-5 minutes or till a light golden color came on pizza pockets.
