Filled with Italian flavor these no cook Italian pinwheels are incredibly delicious. These Italian pinwheels are boasting with all the flavors of Italian classic sandwich with deli meat, pepperoni, cream cheese spread, cheese and crispy lettuce. These Italian pinwheels make a perfect appetizer or to enjoy for lunch. These are no cook Italian pinwheels with little efforts to prepare thus make it a dorm friendly meal recipe. The recipe of these dorm room Italian pinwheels is simply layering ingredients on a tortilla and rolling it. Once it rolled up you slice it up (minimum at least 1 inch thickness) and boom you have your pinwheels. Once you make the Italian pinwheels you will want to make them again and again. Also you can create your own recipe of Italian pinwheels with your favorite flavors.

  1. In a small bowl mix all of the ingredients of cream mixture together until creamy.

  2. Spread about 1/4 cup of this cream cheese mixture all over each tortilla.

  3. Layer the 3 slices of provolone cheese, followed by salami, pepperoni and ham. Top with lettuce leaf.

  4. Tightly roll the tortilla and wrap in a plastic wrap. Repeat the same process with all tortillas. (you may skip the plastic wrap and directly roll the tortilla if you want too).

  5. Refrigerate until cool, about 1 hour.

  6. Slice into about 1 inch thickness of pinwheels and enjoy.
