Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put deep cuts on pieces of fish.
  2. In a bowl put ginger garlic and green chilies paste.
  3. Then add all the spices (chili flakes, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, lemon juice, cumin powder, chat masala, tikka masala, gram flour, chopped fresh coriander, oil) and combine everything well so that a smooth batter should be formed.
  4. Now add the fish pieces in this marination and rub the masala over the fish so it could be well coated.
  5. Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours marination. We will take out the fish 30 minutes before frying it so it could come to the room temperature.
  6. Take a wok and put enough oil in it for deep frying the fish. Let the oil heat well before frying.
  7. Turn the flame to medium and add fish pieces one by one in the oil. Do not over flow the wok as the fish is very delicate and we need space to flip its sides. Also if we added too much pieces at a time the temperature of oil will be dropped and fish will become soggy. Fry 2-3 pieces at a time.
  8. After 5 minutes of frying from 1 side, flip the fish to other side. Now cook it from this side for 5 minutes as well.
  9. When the fish turn to golden brown color that means it is fried and take it out on a paper towel or wire rack so that extra oil could be drained. Repeat the same process with remaining fish pieces.
  10. Squeeze some lemon juice over the fish and then sprinkle the chat masala on top. Delicious and spicy fry fish is ready to enjoy.

I experienced that cooking doesn't need to be threatening. I didn't figure out how to cook as a child. No treats or cakes with Grandma. Never helping mother cook meals. I needed to learn as a grown-up, due to legitimate need. I needed to figure out how to cook. So I just began cooking. It was unpleasant from the outset. I attempted to sear garlic, and everything turned green. It was one Pinterest fall flat after the other until I at least began to get its hang. For some time, I; despised cooking feared it with each fiber of my being. And one day; I, began anticipating it. I would be at my work area and begin pondering what I could make for supper. I began to get amped up for evaluating new plans, concocting something all alone, or utilizing new fixings. It got fun. Also, that is something I need to impart to you. Cooking is fun and energizing, and regardless of whether you think you will suck at it, recall, even I can cook.
