  • Black pepper powder (pisi hoi kali mirchain) 1/2 tablespoon
  • Boiled white chickpeas (ublay hoye safaid channay) 1 cup
  • Boiled red beans (ubla hoa laal lobia) 1 cup
  • Finely chopped cucumber (bareek kata kheera) 1 cup
  • Finely chopped tomatoes (bareek kata tamatar) 1/2 cup (remove seeds)
  • Finely chopped carrots (bareek kati gajrain) 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion (baree kata piyaz) 1/2 cup
  • Chopped cabbage (band gobhi) 1 cup
  • Boiled and shredded chicken (ubli hoi murghi) 1 cup

Directions

  1. In a bowl add lemon juice, imli pulp, chaat masala, salt and black pepper powder, mix well.
  2. Now add all the chopped vegetables and chicken in the dressing and mix well.
