Chicken cheese fingers are delicious fried snacks that can be enjoyed as an appetizer or tea time snack. Chicken cheese fingers are made using minced chicken seasoned with some spices and herbs and mozzarella cheese.

  1. In a chopper add chicken cubes and chop well to make mince.

  2. Take out chicken mince in a bowl, add paprika powder, oregano, black pepper powder, garlic powder, salt, cheddar cheese and mix everything till well combined.

  3. Grease your hands with oil, take a small portion of the mixture and make a ball with it. Then roll it into finger shape and keep aside. Repeat the same process with complete mixture.

  4. Now coat these chicken fingers first with all purpose flour, then dip in the beaten egg and finely coat with bread crumbs. 

  5. Coat all the chicken fingers in the same way, then place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. You may store the fingers at this stage for 1 month in any airtight bag or box in the freezer and use these later.

  6. For frying, heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry these chicken cheese fingers until they are golden brown.

  7. Kids friendly chicken cheese fingers are ready to enjoy with any dip or ketchup.
