Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift all purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt together in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. In another bowl take 3 eggs and beat with a hand whisk for 30-40 seconds.
  3. Then add sugar and vanilla in these eggs and beat everything till the mixture becomes smooth. This will take 1-2 minutes.
  4. Now add cooking oil in this mixture and combine it well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients that we sifted and put aside in this egg mixture. Mix well.
  6. Then gradually add the milk and combine it as well. The mixture should be smooth and lumps free.
  7. Cake batter is ready now its time to prepare the cake layers.
  8. We need 8-9 inches of non stick fry pan for this recipe you can even use smaller frying pan but do not use bigger pan than this size.
  9. Put the frying pan on low to medium flame and heat it for 1 minute.
  10. Then grease the pan with oil and put a cup of cake batter in the pan (use measurement cup for exact quantity of batter). Evenly spread the batter in the pan with a spoon or spatula.
  11. Cover the pan and cook the cake for 7-8 minutes or until you see bubbles on top of the cake surface.
  12. Flip the cake and cover the pan again, cook the other side for 2 minutes only.
  13. Carefully lift the cake from sides as it will be too soft and take it out of the pan. Let it cool down and prepare the other 2 layers of the cake repeating the same process. Cool all the layers completely. With this recipe and same pan size 3 layers of cake will be made but if you are using small pan then may be you can make 4 layers.

I experienced that cooking doesn't need to be threatening. I didn't figure out how to cook as a child. No treats or cakes with Grandma. Never helping mother cook meals. I needed to learn as a grown-up, due to legitimate need. I needed to figure out how to cook. So I just began cooking. It was unpleasant from the outset. I attempted to sear garlic, and everything turned green. It was one Pinterest fall flat after the other until I at least began to get its hang. For some time, I; despised cooking feared it with each fiber of my being. And one day; I, began anticipating it. I would be at my work area and begin pondering what I could make for supper. I began to get amped up for evaluating new plans, concocting something all alone, or utilizing new fixings. It got fun. Also, that is something I need to impart to you. Cooking is fun and energizing, and regardless of whether you think you will suck at it, recall, even I can cook.
