  1. Cut the onions in thick (about 1/4 inch of thickness) rings form and separate the rings.
  2. Put these rings aside and prepare the coating for these onions.
  3. put all the spices (Salt, black pepper, red pepper) and milk into egg whites and give it a good mix.
  4. Then add corn flour and all purpose flour into the wet ingredients and mix them again. Dip the onion rings in this mixture and coat them completely with the prepared mixture.
  5. Then take out these onion rings and coat well with bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry the onion rings in medium hot oil on low flame until golden brown.
  7. U can also bake these onion rings. Preheat the oven on 200 °c for 10 minutes. Line the baking tray with a parchment paper and put the onion rings on it. bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes
