In a mixing bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala powder, kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
Add beef mix boti and mix well. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate for 2 hours.
In a pot add cooking oil, cinnamon sticks, black pepper corns, black cardamom, cloves, green cardamom and cook for few seconds so that spices could release their aroma.
Now add sliced onion and fry till they turn golden brown.
Add marinated beef and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Cover the pot and let the meat cook on low flame until its completely tender. Remember we have marinated yogurt for its marination so the beef will take more time to get tender than usual. If required add some water for cooking the beef.
After its completely cooked fry it over high flame till the oil separates from it.
Add chopped fresh coriander and our beef is ready.
