Being without kitchen feels even more challenging if you try to save the money from your meals. Whenever you are craving for something sweet to eat this will become difficult with little equipment you have in your dorm room. Here I am sharing with you dorm room microwave rice krispie treats to cover your sweet cravings.
Microwave rice krispie treats or microwave marshmallow treat are normally very easy to make but making it in microwave cut down the stove cooking time and they became even easier and quicker to make. This microwave mug treat has the fluffy and sticky texture different from store bought boxed treats which are dense and overly chewy. Cooking marshmallows on stove top is a bit difficult as the marshmallows can be over cooked, the texture of sugar will be changed and your treats will turn too hard and dry. Cooking these in microwave allows you to control the temperature better. The recipe requires as minimum as only 3 ingredient marshmallow, butter and rice cereal. You will love these microwave rice krispies treat so do give these a try this weekend.
