Egg paratha roll or anda paratha roll is actually a flat bread recipe with stuffing of mixture with eggs. The recipe that i am going to share today is actually made in a way that it can be served in breakfast or lunch for kids. The paratha made here is made with all purpose flour but you can replace it with wheat flour as well. The recipe of this anda paratha is very easy and you can make it in 10 minutes after kneading and resting the dough. Paratha is a very common food of Pakistan and India and usually made by applying ghee or butter over it. This paratha roll is served with chatni or any kind of dip as per your choice. This paratha can be made in various ways but here I have shown a simplest procedure of making it. This crispy egg paratha roll can be eaten simply as well. Try and enjoy it.
Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add salt, cooking oil in it and give a mix to everything.
Gradually add the water and knead a soft dough.
Grease some oil over the dough, cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes dust some flour on the work surface and roll the dough.
Spread some oil over the rolled paratha, dust some flour over it.
Cut the dough from center, roll it into a ball again, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough again after 10 minutes into a paratha, cook the paratha and grease with some oil while cooking.
Now put some oil in the pan, beat the egg and season with some salt and turmeric. Beat the eggs and cook them.
Put the cooked paratha over the uncooked side of the egg and gently press it so the paratha could stick well with egg.
Flip the side and cook the paratha with egg from other side for few seconds.
Take the paratha out in a plate, put sliced onion, cucumber, green chilies over the paratha.
sprinkle some chat masala, ketchup and lemon juice over the vegetables.
Roll it and enjoy the yummy egg roll.
