Today I am sharing a very easy to cook and delicious kabab karahi recipe, a special recipe from Pakistani cuisine. The recipe is so easy to prepare and this meat item is one of the easily prepared dish that even prepared for feasts and wedding ceremonies. I have shared a detailed step by step recipe of this yummy 40 minutes kabab karahi recipe. The spices used in this kabab karahi are very simple and easily available in your kitchen. You may prepare this recipe with mutton as mutton kabab karahi or beef kabab karahi as per your choice.

  1. In a chopper add green chilies, onion, mint & coriander leaves, chop all these things well.

  2. Add mince along with cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, egg in the chopper. Chop until everything is well combined.

  3. Put this kabab masala in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. Grease your hands with oil and shape kababs of equal size. You can make 24 kababs easily from this mixture.

  5. In frying pan heat cooking oil and shallow fry the kababs from all sides for 2-3 minutes. Keep these aside.

  7. In a pan add cooking oil and heat it on medium low flame.

  8. Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste in this oil, fry for 30 seconds so that cumin &n garlic could release their aroma.

  9. Add chopped onion, fry for a minute or till the onion turns translucent.

  10. Add tomato puree along with red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well.

  11. Add 1/2 cup of water and fried kababs in this masala, give a mix, cover the pot and let the kababs cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

  12. Now add chopped coriander and green chilies in the kabab karahi, give a mix, cover the pot and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  13. Easy and delicious kabab karahi is ready to serve.
