  1. Cut the avocado in half length wise and remove the pit. 

  2. Slightly warm the tortilla wrap in microwave, place this pitted avocado over the warm tortilla and mash gently with a fork.

  3. Season it with salt and pepper.

  4. Place salami slices or any other protein of your choice, cucumber slices, tomato slices, onion slices over it.

  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and then lightly drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. 

  6. Fold in half or wrap burrito style.
