  1. In a mixing bowl add egg and beat it well till becomes light in color.

  2. Add cooking oil and beat these well again.

  3. Add salt, black pepper powder, chili flakes, coriander and cumin powder and combine these as well.

  4. Now add all purpose flour and baking powder in this wet mixture, mix well.

  5. At this stage the mixture will be a bit stiff, gradually add water in it ad combine it till it came to a ribbon consistency.

  6. Add chopped vegetables now, combine well. Remember the mixture should not be too runny as it will not hold the sandwich shape perfectly.

  7. Brush some oil in the sandwich maker, spread the sandwich batter in its triangle portions, cover with the lid of sandwich maker and cook for about 6-7 minutes.

  8. After the time flip the side of sandwich and cook from other side for 2-3 minutes.If required brush some oil over the sandwiches.
