Rich, creamy sauce with thick comforting noodles; this is just how yummy Fettuccine Alfredo is. This microwave alfredo noodles is a simple dish to make for lunch or dinner. This microwave alfredo pasta is such a simple thing to make and you can easily prepare it for a family within 30 minutes. This is a very easy solo recipe that can be made in a college style microwave. Cooked chicken or shrimp could be added for enhanced taste. Using a finely grated parmesan cheese for this recipe is important because larger pieces of cheese will not melt properly in the residual heat from the melted cream cheese. In a larger glass or microwave safe bowl add water add noodles.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes then give a stir, continue the 2 minutes cycle until pasta is cooked.
Drain the noodles and keep aside.
Wipe the bowl dry and then add cream cheese and milk in it. Microwave for 1 minute.
Give a stir until everything is smooth.
Then add parmesan cheese in this mixture, stir till it also turns smooth.
Pour the prepared alfredo sauce in a serving bowl along with prepared noodles. Toss to combine.
Add dash of pepper and salt as per your taste.
Microwave alfredo noodles are ready to enjoy.
