  1. Take a microwave safe bowl and add all ingredients in it along with chicken.
  2. Give everything a good mix.
  3. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap or glass plate and put the bowl in microwave.
  4. Let it cook on high power for 10 minutes.
  5. Then take the bowl out and give the chicken a mix.
  6. Cover and put it back again in microwave for 10 minutes.
  7. total of 20 minutes will be required for the chicken to be perfect.
  8. Take out the bowl and serve.
  9. _____________Note: If you need dry chicken don't need to add water. Chicken will be cooked in its own water.
  10. If you want some gravy in the chicken then add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of water.
  11. You may adjust the spices as per your taste.
  12. The cooking time may vary a little bit depending on microwave so just check after 20 minutes, if the chicken is under cook give it extra 5 minutes.
  13. You can even add 1/4 cup of yogurt for a better taste. The options are unlimited and once you will try it you can add variations of your own.
