  1. Microwave the cooking oil for 30 seconds so it may became warm.

  2. Then add cocoa powder in it, mix well. This will bloom the cocoa powder and will enhance its flavor. Keep it aside.

  3. Grease a 6x6 inch square baking pan and line it with baking paper.

  4. In another bowl add egg and powdered sugar, beat well till it turns creamy. This will take about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Add the oil and cocoa powder mixture in it and mix well for 30 seconds.

  6. Add all purpose flour, salt, vanilla in it and combine everything well.

  7. Add some chocolate chips in this mixture and mix these as well. 

  8. Add the brownie mixture in the prepared pan, spread evenly with a spatula.

  10. Pre heat a pan over medium low flame and put the brownie pan in this pot, cover it, let the brownies bake over medium low flame for 12-13 minutes.

  12. Put the brownie pan back again in the baking pot, cover it and let the brownies bake again for another 13-15 minutes or till the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  14. After these are cool down take out of baking pan and cut in squares.
