Today I am sharing the recipe of no oven cookie and cream cake, another tea time cake recipe. This is also egg-less cookie and cream cake but I also shared the quantity of eggs or condensed milk if you do not want to use curd or yogurt in your cake. As always I have also shared the baking instructions and time with and without oven along with detailed step by step recipe of how to make this spongy cookie and cream cake. An amazing thing about this cake is that it does not require any kind of frosting so it's a hassle free cake. The recipe is simple, did not involves too much layering and the cake can be prepared in only 10 minutes. You can put this cake on baking while doing other tasks at home. I hope you will enjoy this recipe.

  1. Break the cookies in medium size chunks and put aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add oil, sugar, yogurt and vanilla essence. Combine all these well.
  3. Now put a strainer on the bowl and strain all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda into the prepared ingredients.
  4. Mix these ingredients while gradually adding milk so that the batter should not become thick.
  5. Now add broken cookies in this mixture and combine these as well.
  6. Grease an 8 inch baking pan with some oil or butter and place a baking paper in it.
  7. Pour the batter into this greased mold and tap for 1-2 times to remove the air bubbles from it.
  8. In a pan put a wire stand in the bottom, cover it and let it pre heat on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  9. After 5 minutes place the mold inside pan, cover it and let it bake on medium flame for 30-40 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  10. After baking take the cake mold out and let the cake cool down in the mold till it comes to the room temperature.
  11. Run a knife or spatula around the corners of cake and take it out of the mold.
  12. Coat a thin layer of chocolate spread over the baked cake.
  13. Cut it into even cubes and garnish with chunks of cream cookies.
  14. Delicious and easy to make no oven no eggs cookie and cream cake is ready to enjoy.
  15. _______________Note: For baking the cake in oven, pre heat the oven at 180 °C and then bake the cake for 30-40 minutes.
