If you just need excuses to have pizza than I am giving you one more way to fulfill your pizza cravings. Pizza is one of the most loved food in the world and when you find a unique style pizza which is a pizza patties shape I am sure you will love it as well. This pizza is no yeast and no oven as its dough is made with boiled potatoes. You can do the preparation ahead of time by preparing the dough and pizza filling. So when you want to make just shape it into pizza patty and shallow fry it. This cheesy no oven pizza patty includes simple ingredients that you can find easily in your kitchen. You may give this recipe variation of your choice by adding veggies or filling of your choice. Try and enjoy!



  1. Take boiled potatoes and grate them. Keep these in the fridge so that when you use them for shallow frying they may not absorb too much oil.

  2. Add corn flour, bread crumbs, salt, pizza seasoning or if you don't find add black pepper powder in the potato mixture.

  3. Combine it well to make a dough, keep it in the fridge for some time.

  5. In a mixing bowl add finely chopped green chilies, pizza sauce or tomato ketchup, finely chopped onion, boiled sweet corns, chopped capsicum and boiled and shredded chicken.

  6. Add salt and chili flakes, combine the filling well.

  7. Do not make the filling too much liquidy else it will come out of patty while frying. Keep the filling aside.

  8. ___________ For Preparing Patty ___________

  9. In the bread crumbs add finely chopped garlic to give flavor to he crumbs.

  10. Take out the potato dough from fridge, take some portion and flatten it on your hand.

  11. Fill the pizza stuffing in it, add some of the grated cheese, fold the potato patty completely so the stuffing may not release.

  12. Cover the patty with bread crumbs and keep in the fridge for 15-20 minutes so that it get firm and tight.

  13. Now time to shallow fry the patty. Add cooking oil in the pan and heat it on medium low flame.

  14. Coat the patty again in bread crumbs and add in the frying pan. Let the patty get golden from the bottom.

  15. Gently flip the side and immediately place some of the grated cheese on top of patty.

  16. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt completely.

  17. Hot and cheesy pizza patty is ready that tastes exactly like pizza.
